Chapter Vision Statement: Our local AADOM chapter is able to provide peer networking and problem solving at the local level. The ultimate goal of these meetings is to provide quality information and resources to provide guidance and useful information to solve problems we are all facing day to day to in our practices. Business team members and specifically office managers are tasked with guiding our practices through so many different types of concerns and AADOM provides the training and information for us. Our doctors simply do not have the time to stay up to date on all the best billing practices, coding, regulatory requirements or federal, local or municipal guidelines regarding human resources, etc.
Chapter Mission Statement: To Network with likeminded dental professionals, to provide quality information, education and content related to all aspects of dental practice management, to help encourage office managers and practice administrators to elevate their careers through AADOM, have fun and encourage and support each other through the challenges and successes of dental practice management.
